Official Baja 500 partner BFGoodrich is targeting its 14th consecutive win in this off-road race which traverses the Baja California. The event boasts a 275-strong entry and starts in Ensenada on Saturday June 6.

Argentina’s Orlando Terranova secured the first FIA Cross-Country Rally Wold Cup win of his career today after 4,000km of competition through the wastes of Tunisia and Libya. Christian Lavieille (Nissan/BFGoodrich) once again finished on the podium, joined third-placed Guerlain Chicherit (BMW/BFGoodrich) who made it an all-BFGoodrich top three.

The Oilibiya Tunisia Rally, round two of the 2009 Cross-Country Rally World Cup, features a competitive entry list, with no fewer than three BFGoodrich-equipped BMW X3CCs and Schlesser's new Buggy/BFGoodrich. The rally finishes in Tozeur on Saturday May 2.

Victory in the opening round of the 2009 FIA Cross-Country Rally World Cup went to Frenchman Guerlain Chicherit who secured an easy win to claim the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge by a margin of two hours.

Boris Gadasin (Nissan Pick-up/BFGoodrich) followed up his recent win on home soil near Saint Petersburg with further success in Italy which hosted the second round of the 2009 FIA International Cup for Cross-Country Bajas.

Victory on this year's Tecate Score San Felipe 250 went to veteran Brian Collins (Dodge Ram/BFGoodrich) who was joined on the podium by Robby Gordon and Ronny Wilson (Jimco-Chevy/BFGoodrich).

Victory on this year's Baja Northern Forest went to Russia's Boris Gadasin whose Nissan Pick-up was equipped with Michelin Group tyres especially equipped with studs for the icy, snowy conditions competitors encountered in the Saint Petersburg region.

Saudi Arabia's Yazeed Al-Rajhi and his French co-driver Matthieu Baumel took victory on this week's Ha'il Saudi Baja in their Overdrive-run Nissan/BFGoodrich.
